Scope: building facades, common areas, parking garages, dumpster pads, sidewalks, entry monuments, pool surrounds, clubhouse exteriors, storefronts and entrance and gum removal.
Paperwork: COI on file before work begins, W-9 on request, net-30 corporate billing.
